Choose your Level
Coach Sofi coaching plans are based on the amount of flexibility, interaction, response time, and analysis desired by the athlete. The higher the level, the more coach-athlete interaction, analysis, and fine-tuning available.
Group Coaching
Now Open! Improve your cycling fitness, learn event strategy, and feel strong in a supportive environment. This program is for you if you want to: Add structure to your training; Make confident choices around training, racing and resting; Be a part of an encouraging community. Group is capped at 10 people.
